Our Story
Founded in 2010 by Dr. Gary Walby, a leader in the fields of evaluation, systems of care, coalition development, mental health, substance use, prevention, developmental disabilities, and research, Complex Systems Innovations, fondly known as “CSI”, has grown into a multi-state provider of exceptional services to non-profits, government agencies, and for-profit organizations. We work within a variety of industries including public health, integrated health, education, disability and behavioral health. With our team of experts, we can tailor the services we provide to meet the unique needs of each customer but always embodying the same values of sustainability, quality, evidence and data informed decision-making.

Navigating risk and setting and maintaining an organizational culture of ethics and compliance are a must for health and human service organizations. Did you know that any organization receiving Federal funds is required to have a compliance program? CSI’s certified compliance experts can help you build and improve your compliance and ethics program. We also can serve as the external compliance officer for organizations to facilitate adherence to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Annual compliance audits by an external consultant can help organizations identify opportunities for reducing waste, mitigating risks, and staying on top of the myriad of Federal, State, and accreditation requirements.
